About the role
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care, strong team performance, and excellent outcomes for our residents. You will act as a role model for best practice and help drive continuous improvement across the home.
Key Requirements
- Deputy Management experience within a care home setting
- Level 4 or above in Health & Social Care
