Hours of Work: Monday 12:30am-9:00am, Tuesday to Friday 1:30am-9:30am (37.5 hours/week)
Description- Manage and supervise daily sort operations
- Lead and support a team of unionized employees
- Foster a positive work environment that builds loyalty and teamwork
- Achieve operational objectives as outlined in the scorecard
- Monitor and manage employee performance against established standards
- Enhance operations through performance reviews, coaching, counseling, and recognition
- Communicate and implement company policies, procedures, and programs
- Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and related records
- Perform additional duties as required
- 2–3 years of experience managing or supervising employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supervising union employees (asset)
- Logistics experience (asset)
- Strong leadership and motivational skills; energetic leader
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
