The Role
We're looking for a Creative Strategist & Copywriter who can bridge the gap between data and creativity. You'll develop ad concepts, write high-converting scripts for video ads, craft compelling static ad copy, and create briefs that bring ideas to life across Meta and TikTok. This isn't just writing, it's strategic thinking that drives real performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing creative concepts and angles based on customer insights, competitor analysis, and performance data
- Writing persuasive scripts for UGC and video ads that hook viewers in the first second
- Crafting copy for static ads, landing pages, and email campaigns that convert cold traffic into customers
- Creating clear creative briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creators
- Analysing ad performance to identify winning patterns and iterate on what's working
- Collaborating with our growth team to align creative with campaign objectives and testing roadmaps
- Staying ahead of creative trends on Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in creative strategy and copywriting within DTC e-commerce, an agency, or as a freelancer
- Proven track record creating high-performing paid social ads for Meta and TikTok
- Strong understanding of direct response copywriting principles and consumer psychology
- Experience writing for health, wellness, beauty, or personal care brands is a significant plus
- Ability to adapt your voice across different audience segments and product categories
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Sharp eye for what's working in the DTC space, you're constantly saving ads and studying hooks
