Key Responsibilities:- Managing and progressing family law matters, including non-molestation and occupation orders
- Assisting with child-related matters as your experience develops
- Preparing legal aid applications and supporting financial documentation
- Drafting court documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and reviewing expert reports
- Maintaining accurate and compliant case management files
- Attending client meetings and conferences, taking detailed notes
- Supporting senior members of the team with ongoing cases
- Previous experience handling family law matters
- Experience with billing on family law cases
