Job Description: Accounts Manager
Location: Winchester
Salary – Up to £50,000 (DOE)

The salary on offer for this role is up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:

The Role
- Managing and reviewing the work of junior staff
- Preparing and finalising accounts for a portfolio of clients
- Preparing and reviewing of tax returns, including VAT and corporation tax
- Liaising with clients as necessary and maintaining strong relationships
- Managing deadlines, ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Providing support to clients, including advice and guidance
Key Experience and Skills:
- Fully qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or QBE
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role within a practice environment
- Proven ability to manage and supervise junior staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to maintain and build strong client relationships
- Strong technical understanding of accounting and tax regulations
