Responsibilities
- Preparing accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships across various industries
- Preparing corporate and personal tax returns
- Producing accurate and timely management accounts
- Potential involvement in audit assignments, depending on workload
- Liaising directly with clients, with occasional visits to client premises
- Assisting junior colleagues and supporting their development where required
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a practice environment
- ACA, ACCA, or AAT qualified, or qualified by experience
- Proven experience preparing management accounts
- Confident using Xero and Sage software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Confidence in dealing with clients and supporting colleagues
