The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Provide clear, empathetic, and commercially aware advice tailored to individual client needs
- Work with HNW and UHNW clients, financial advisors, and other professional contacts
- Draft, review, and oversee complex legal documentation to a high standard
- Play an active role in business development and contribute to the growth of the department
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
- Strong technical expertise in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Planning
- Excellent client care, communication, and drafting skills
- Ability to manage work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach
- Ambitious, professional, and eager to develop within a progressive team
