Puro Accountancy are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Administrator to join an established, innovative firm in their York office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls
  • Managing your own payroll portfolio of clients, processing end to end payroll
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Calculating additions and deductions
  • Managing auto enrolment
  • Liaising with HMRC
  • CIS Returns


Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working within a payroll bureau or accountancy practice (ideally 3+ years)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively and work towards deadlines.
  • Committed to providing an excellent level of service to your client portfolio
  • Collaborative, individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Xero experience desirable
