Mental Health Solicitor (Hybrid Working)
Location: Stratford, London (E15)
Salary - Up to £55,000
The Role
We are seeking a Mental Health Solicitor to join an established Community Law Team, specialising in social welfare law, including housing and debt, community care, and mental health law. This is a hybrid working position, based in Stratford with flexibility for remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of mental health matters
- Providing advice and representation to clients
- Advocacy at tribunals and hearings
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively within the wider team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in mental health law
- Law Society Mental Health Scheme accreditation (essential)
- Strong advocacy experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively with a flexible and organised approach
