Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Rochdale
Working Pattern: Office-based (Hybrid may be considered)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
The Job Role
- Commercial sales and purchases.
- Lease work.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
- Refinancing.
- Commercial property development work where appropriate.
- Advising clients throughout the transaction process.
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
About You
- A qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE.
- Experienced in a broad range of commercial property transactions.
- Confident advising on leases, landlord and tenant matters, sales, purchases and refinancing.
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
- Confident dealing directly with clients and third parties.
- Comfortable using IT and legal case management systems.
- Ambitious and keen to develop within a growing firm.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
