A well-established high-street law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and close-knit team. Based in a central town location with on-site parking, the firm offers a pleasant working environment and a genuine focus on work–life balance.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters from instruction through to completion. The role sits within a supportive, small-team environment where quality of work and client care are prioritised.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- New-build transactions
- Transfers of equity
- Exposure to commercial conveyancing is welcomed but not essential
You will also be encouraged to help maintain and enhance the firm’s reputation by developing relationships with third parties, including estate agents and referrers.
The successful candidate will be an experienced conveyancer with a proactive and professional approach. You will be able to demonstrate:
