  • Supporting fee earners throughout the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
  • Managing communications with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
  • Opening files and completing AML and client due diligence checks.
  • Requesting searches, title documents and redemption statements.
  • Reviewing and preparing conveyancing documentation.
  • Drafting and issuing contract packs.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant within a residential property team.
  • Experience supporting freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
