Puro Associates are recruiting on behalf of a growing micro law firm based in South London, seeking a qualified Solicitor to join their team on a fee-earning basis, specialising in either Immigration or Conveyancing.
This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor who values flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in a collaborative and agile environment.
The Role:
- Undertake fee-earning work within either Immigration or Conveyancing with competence and efficiency
- Make a positive contribution to the work and reputation of the department and firm
- Assist the Head of Department in supervising both fee-earning and support staff, as agreed
- Provide expert legal advice while ensuring excellent client care
- Manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
Immigration Work May Include:
- Advising on private immigration matters (visas, settlement, naturalisation, etc.)
- Preparing and submitting applications and appeals
- Liaising with the Home Office and relevant authorities
Conveyancing Work May Include:
- Managing residential transactions from instruction to completion
- Drafting contracts, reviewing title documents, and conducting searches
- Coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3–5 years PQE
- Strong experience in either Immigration or Conveyancing
- Previous supervisory experience
- Confident managing their own files and contributing to team development
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
