What the Role Involves:
- Handling a wide range of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.

- Managing communication with all parties involved in transactions efficiently and professionally.
- Identifying risks and resolving issues or escalating as appropriate.

- Ensuring billing is accurate and work is completed on time.
- Knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Experience of working with corporate purchasers and new build transactions.
