Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership and professional negligence claims.
- Provide strategic and commercially minded advice to corporate clients, SMEs and entrepreneurs.
- Represent clients in High Court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Draft, negotiate and review pleadings, settlement agreements and key legal documentation.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, providing practical, business-focused solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, ensuring quality and consistency across the team.
- Collaborate with Partners on key cases and support ongoing business development initiatives.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5 -10+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation.
- Solid experience handling a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes.
- Excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation strategy.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Commercially astute with a client-first approach.
