A well-established and highly regarded law firm in South West London is seeking to expand its growing Property team due to continued client demand and strong business performance.
You will manage a varied caseload across both residential and commercial property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold residential transactions
- Shared ownership and title matters
- Landlord and tenant work, including lease renewals
- Acquisition and disposal of commercial property
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (including retail and office spaces)
You will have the autonomy to run your own caseload from instruction through to completion, with support from an experienced and approachable team. This role offers a broad mix of work, making it ideal for a solicitor looking to further develop their expertise across multiple areas of property law.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in property law
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing, with some exposure to commercial property
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Motivated, collaborative, and keen to progress
