A boutique specialist property law firm based in Ealing is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters and work with a strong and diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling all aspects of commercial property transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and agreements
- Property sales, acquisitions, and due diligence
- Landlord and tenant matters, including licences to assign, underlet, and alter
- Acting for lenders and borrowers on purchases, refinances, and secured lending
- Advising on Section 106 agreements and VAT-elected property
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Ability to manage files independently
