Puro Associates are delighted to be working with a highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm in Leeds, currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused solicitor to handle a quality caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll be joining a friendly and efficient team with strong admin and paralegal support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service to clients.

The Role of Conveyancing Solicitor:

  • You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:
  • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re-mortgages
  • New build properties
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure a smooth process

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Able to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering a high standard of work
