An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team in Chester. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner who is comfortable managing a varied caseload independently and is looking to join a supportive, collaborative working environment.
You will be trusted to run files from instruction through to completion, delivering a high-quality, client-focused service and contributing to the continued success of the department.
The Role- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling more technical matters including shared ownership, new-builds, transfers of equity, adverse possession, transfers of part, and remortgages
- Communicating clearly and proactively with clients, agents, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring all matters are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- 2–5+ years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team working
- Solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and compliance
- Experience using case management systems (P4W experience desirable but not essential)
