This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Development site purchases and commercial refinancing
- Sales and leasebacks
- Landlord and tenant matters (offices, retail, and industrial units)
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on complex leases and agreements
- Providing clear, commercial advice to business owners, investors, and developers
