The Job Role
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
- Handling sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.
- Dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Managing remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
- Dealing with enquiries and progressing transactions efficiently.
- Providing clear and professional advice to clients.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant files.
- Managing your own workload and competing deadlines.
- Building strong client relationships.
About You
We are looking for a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with:
- Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
- Excellent client-care and communication skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Good IT and case management system skills.
- The ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- A professional and proactive approach.
- A stable employment history and an interest in finding a long-term opportunity.
Applicants must be either a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
