Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Bury
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
Full Time - Permanent
The Opportunity
Puro Associates are working with an established law firm in Bury who are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years PQE who is looking for a long-term position within an established and supportive legal practice.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a high level of client care throughout.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Managing files from instruction through to completion.
- Providing clear and consistent advice to clients.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Working as part of an established property team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor.
- Experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Strong communication and client-care skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- A professional and commercial approach.
