Senior Accountant
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
Banbury
Salary - Up to £40k (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Prepare year-end accounts, management accounts, and tax returns.
- Conduct client meetings, including visits to client premises.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Mentor and provide support to junior staff members.
- Collaborate closely with the Director on various projects and client engagements.
What You Need:
- Significant experience in an accountancy practice.
- Proficiency in accounts, tax, and client communication.
- Ability to commute to the office.
- Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
