Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims, progressing matters from portal exit through to settlement or litigation.
- Draft legal documentation and correspondence.
- Advise clients clearly and professionally throughout the claims process.
- Liaise with insurers, medical experts, counsel, and third parties.
- Prepare files for litigation and court proceedings when required.
- Maintain accurate records using case-management systems.
- Work to deadlines and performance targets while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling Employer’s Liability and Public Liability matters.
- At least 2 years’ litigation experience.
- Strong technical understanding of personal injury litigation.
- Excellent communication and client-care skills.
- Organised, proactive, and driven approach.
- Strong IT and case-management skills.
- Experience using Proclaim advantageous.
