We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer to join our busy property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high quality client service, build strong relationships with clients and local referrers, and contribute to a successful and expanding firm with a strong local reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion.
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Manage remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
  • Review titles, searches and raise enquiries.
  • Prepare reports and completion documentation.
  • Ensure transactions progress efficiently and compliantly.
  • Deliver high levels of client care throughout the transaction process.
  • Support business development and relationship‑building activities.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer.
  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Strong communication and client‑care skills.
