Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims, progressing matters from portal exit through to settlement or litigation.
- Draft legal documentation and correspondence.
- Advise clients clearly and professionally throughout the claims process.
- Liaise with insurers, medical experts, counsel, and third parties.
- Prepare files for litigation and court proceedings when required.
- Maintain accurate records using case‐management systems.
- Work to deadlines and performance targets while maintaining quality standards.
