We are hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the automotive filtration market. You will be the ambassador to promote the complete range of filtration from a high-quality OE filtration producer. Your customer base will be distributors, workshops, fleet operators, and retailers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new B2B customers
  • Present product ranges and technical benefits with confidence
  • Conduct garage visits and deliver customer product training
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Work closely with, and report to Key Account Manager UK South-IRE to achieve UK sales targets

What you bring

  • Experience in automotive sales or technical training, ideally from a dealership or parts distribution business
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, ensuring top-tier customer support
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Comfortable with regular travel (3–4 days a week) across the southern UK region & Ireland and occasional European visits
  • Effective communicator and team player, building lasting professional relationships
  • Self-driven and disciplined with territory management
  • Skilled in social networking, actively promoting the brands and training initiatives
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
