The Role
You’ll own the monthly Business Services rhythm—ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and consistent delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly operating cadence, reporting, and controls
- Deliver accurate management reporting and cashflow schedules
- Oversee contracts and compliance
- Provide direction and leadership to the admin, AR and AP team
- Drive process improvement and system optimisation
Skills and Experiences
- 4+ years in transactional accounting
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
- Strong ERP capability (NetSuite or similar)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
