About Us

PureSpectrum is a rapidly growing market research and insights platform that simplifies technology, allowing researchers to gather and activate consumer data without disruption. As the go‑to solution for high‑quality multi‑sourcing and fully automated research, PureSpectrum is helping to shape the future of insights. Our Marketplace facilitates over 65 million online interviews annually, and our proprietary respondent‑level scoring system—PureScore—continues to set the industry standard for data quality and reliability.

This is a hybrid role with an in‑office requirement of 3–4 days per week at our London HQ.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a client‑focused, consultative Integration Program Manager to lead how our customers and partners integrate PureSpectrum into their broader MarTech and insights ecosystems. You will own the customer integration experience — from initial discovery and solution design to onboarding, documentation, and long‑term success. This position requires strong technical fluency and the confidence to work closely with engineering teams and enterprise clients on data and workflow challenges. Your work will directly accelerate customer activation, platform adoption, and integration‑driven revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients and partners during integration planning and delivery.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and data mapping to define successful integration outcomes.
  • Own documentation and developer enablement: create and maintain clear API guides, sample payloads, Postman collections, mapping templates, and integration examples to streamline onboarding.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to align integration plans with business cases and activation goals.
  • Convert customer requirements into clear technical specifications and prioritization recommendations for Product & Engineering.
  • Track and analyse integration performance metrics (e.g., integration timelines, success rates, uptime, API adoption, activation time) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor integration health post‑launch and proactively troubleshoot issues with internal and external teams.
  • Represent the “voice of the customer” to guide API roadmap evolution.
  • Establish scalable onboarding methodologies and lean approaches to reduce custom effort and increase velocity of integration.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Ownership, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting within SaaS or Market Research/Insights tech.
  • Background in Product Owner or Developer roles, ideally with experience supporting API‑driven products.
  • Prior experience working directly with clients to integrate into a platform or ecosystem; preference for candidates from the buyer side of MR/insights due to the higher complexity of use cases.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Postman, API documentation.
  • Experience supporting buyer API integrations.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills across both marketing and engineering audiences.
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes through a consultative approach rather than direct code delivery.
  • Proven ability to track enterprise‑level integrations through various phases of the lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer insights, research technology, MarTech, or Enterprise level SaaS platforms.
  • Background scaling integration playbooks, developer experience assets, or partner onboarding programs.
  • Understanding of cloud‑based architectures and modern integration patterns (open API’s, webhooks, event‑driven systems).
