PURESEOUL is a fast‑growing, multi‑brand retailer bringing the best of Korean beauty to customers across the UK. As we expand into wholesale and B2B partnerships, we're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Wholesale Merchandiser & B2B Account Lead to drive our growth into new retail channels.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial environment, enjoys building strong business relationships, and has a keen eye for product, sales performance, and operational detail. You'll play a key role in shaping our B2B strategy, supporting new retail partners, and ensuring seamless execution from onboarding to order fulfilment.

Responsibilities & Tasks
  • B2B Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale partners, nurturing long‑term relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Wholesale Merchandising Oversight: Maintain and update product catalogues, pricing files, and line sheets; ensure partners have accurate, timely product information and availability updates.
  • Order & Operations Management: Oversee the full wholesale order cycle, from onboarding and PO processing to fulfilment coordination, QC checks, and internal communication with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Business Development: Identify new retail opportunities, conduct outreach, qualify leads, and support the expansion of PURESEOUL into new stockists and distribution channels.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Support negotiation of commercial terms, pricing structures, and onboarding requirements, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and profitability goals.
  • Sales Reporting & Insights: Track sales performance, analyse account behaviour, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand, and operations teams to support launches, promotions, and B2B‑specific campaigns.
  • Product & Pricing Support: Assist with pricing reviews, margin analysis, and product assortment recommendations for wholesale partners.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel for client meetings, trade shows, store visits, and seasonal operational support, including occasional work from our West London warehouse.

Skills & Experience
  • Essential: Strong communication skills and confidence in client‑facing interactions.
  • Proven commercial mindset with experience in B2B environments or wholesale operations.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong interest in beauty, retail, and consumer products.
  • Analytical mindset with strong numeracy skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.
  • Desirable: 3+ years experience in B2B sales, wholesale merchandising, or account management.
  • Qualification in Business, Buying, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems or wholesale platforms.
  • Understanding of retail buying cycles and wholesale processes.
  • Passion and knowledge of Korean beauty.
