In this fast-moving, high-energy role, you will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, supporting scheduling, travel, and day-to-day operations while proactively taking on tasks that drive productivity and keep the business running smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Administrative & Communication Support: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing emails, calls, and requests in a professional manner. There will be light PA duties in this role.
- Project & Team Support: Assist with day-to-day projects, research, and preparation of documents or updates to help support wider team and leadership needs.
- Travel & Expense Coordination: Support the booking of travel and accommodation for leadership and the wider team.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Help organise internal meetings and team events, including scheduling, logistics, room setup, and follow-ups where needed.
- General Office Administration: Provide hands-on support with office organisation, including supplies, filing, and maintaining a well-run and efficient workspace.
- Office Operations Support: Help maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked office environment to support the wider team's productivity.
- Event & Social Coordination: Assist in planning team meetings, socials, and small events, including logistics and basic setup.
- General Administrative Tasks: Support with data entry, record keeping, and other ad hoc admin to improve overall efficiency.
Although the job is primarily based in Central London, candidates must have the flexibility for both international travel and on-site work commitments. Travel may be required regularly, overnight, and on short notice for industry events, client meetings, as well as potential extended periods working from our West London warehouse.
Team Collaboration & FlexibilityAs part of a small and dynamic team, there will be occasional opportunities to assist with activities outside of core responsibilities, such as helping with store openings, supporting team events, or assisting with ad-hoc projects. While these tasks are optional, we really value a collaborative spirit and the willingness to step in and support each other when needed.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Some previous experience in a PA, Team Assistant, or Office Admin role, ideally within a fast-paced or founder-led environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive and willing to learn, with a positive, hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and trustworthy, able to handle information appropriately.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic calendar/email management tools.
- An interest in beauty or retail is a bonus, but not essential.

- Holiday entitlement is 30 days pro rata (excluding bank holidays). Bank holidays are deducted from this allowance but are not mandatory, except for 25th and 26th December which are included.
