Job Overview: We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing and Events Assistant to support the delivery of marketing campaigns, brand activations, influencer initiatives, and customer experiences across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative and operational work, and has a strong interest in experiential marketing, events, social media, and PR. While there is a strong focus on events and activations, the role will also support wider marketing activity across campaigns, influencer partnerships, retail launches, and brand communications. You'll work closely with the Marketing, Experiential, and Influencer teams to help bring campaigns to life both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of brand activations, pop-ups, launch events, masterclasses, and community experiences.
  • Assist with venue research, supplier coordination, prop sourcing, and event logistics.
  • Help manage event timelines, packing lists, deliveries, and setup/breakdown.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Assist with post-event reporting, recaps, and feedback collection.
  • Support the wider marketing team with campaign coordination and day-to-day marketing activity.
  • Assist with campaign preparation across retail, social media, influencer, and online channels.
  • Help coordinate launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activity.
  • Contribute ideas for customer engagement, experiential moments, and community-building initiatives.
  • Support content planning and marketing administration where needed.
  • Assist with influencer outreach, gifting, and campaign coordination.
  • Organise and dispatch PR mailers and event gifting.
  • Maintain influencer databases, tracking sheets, and campaign reporting.
  • Support content tracking and reporting across influencer campaigns.
  • Manage stock and inventory for event props, PR products, and packaging materials.
  • Support budgeting, purchase tracking, and invoice organisation for campaigns and events.
  • Assist with reporting by compiling campaign results, engagement metrics, and event insights.
  • Provide general administrative support across the Marketing team.

  • Comfortable with both creative tasks and operational/admin responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in retail, beauty, events, or hospitality is a plus.
