PURSEOUL is a fast‑growing, multi‑brand retailer bringing the best of Korean beauty to customers in the UK. We are looking for a talented and versatile, multi‑channel Graphic Designer to join our growing Korean beauty brand. This role requires someone with technical skills in preparing print‑ready artwork and creating high‑quality visuals across a wide range of formats – from social content to large‑scale OOH campaigns. This junior role is ideal for someone eager to explore multiple areas within design. As part of a small but growing design team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across both print and digital projects, gaining broad experience. You’ll play a key part in shaping how the PURESEOUL creative department evolves, with scope and intention to develop more specialised teams and roles as company demand grows.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Digital content: Assist with designing engaging digital assets for social media, email marketing, website banners, online campaigns, etc.
- Brand consistency: Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across all design outputs.
- Concept development: Work closely with PR and marketing to contribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, product launches, PR boxes, etc.
- Industry awareness: Keep up to date with design trends, especially within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
- Print‑ready artwork files: Prepare accurate, production‑ready files, ensuring document set‑up, dimensions, resolution, and bleed lines are correct and meet project specifications.
- OOH asset design: Print‑ready designs for large‑scale marketing media including billboards, window vinyls, event graphics, and store hoardings.
- Quality control: Liaise with external printers and suppliers to ensure colour accuracy, file specifications, and deadlines are met.
- Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Company‑wide creative support: Deliver design support for multiple teams (marketing, retail, buying, events) as business needs arise.
- Project variety: Adapt designs to a variety of formats, ranging from digital campaigns, event props, POS displays, and internal communications.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work with the marketing, buying, operations, and retail teams to interpret briefs and deliver effective design solutions.
- Travel expectations: While this role will be primarily based in our Central London office, candidates must be flexible and able to travel as required. Travel may be necessary at certain times of the year, occasionally on short notice, to attend industry events, supplier visits, design installation reviews, and to support operational needs. This may include occasional overnight stays.
