Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end brand lifecycle: Responsible for the full brand lifecycle from outreach and commercial negotiation through to agreed trading terms; coordination of contract drafting with legal and commercial teams; and onboarding across online and offline platforms.

  • Competitive awareness: Monitoring competitor launches, pricing, and trends to inform brand strategy.
  • Compliance & documentation: Ensure all regulatory documents (artwork, labelling) are correct, complete, and approved before launch; elevate gaps immediately.
  • Launch & activity delivery: Manage critical paths for new launches, ensuring product information, assets, and timelines are completed accurately.
  • Promotion planning support: Align with Marketing and Merchandising (Offline & Digital) on promo mechanics, assets, and stock readiness.
  • Order & logistics coordination: Track PO placement, supplier confirmations, dispatch schedules, and inbound delivery dates; address delays and resolve issues directly with vendors.
  • Stock flow & lead time management: Monitor supplier lead times, MOQ constraints, and production cycles to maintain healthy stock cover and avoid OOS.
  • Cross‑functional alignment: Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, and E‑commerce to deliver brand plans and ensure all teams have required information.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in account management, brand management, buying, or commercial roles.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable managing demanding, high‑volume vendor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of compliance documentation and product regulatory requirements.
  • Confident working with supply chain teams on orders, lead times, and inbound logistics.
