Position: Fit‑out Project Coordinator
Location: London Office (Holborn). In office required, not a remote position.
Schedule: Full time (Mon‑Fri, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

PURESEOUL is the largest Korean cosmetic specialist in the UK. We work directly with some of Korea's top beauty brands to offer an extensive range of over 2000 skincare, makeup, hair and body products online and via our offline stores. Since 2019, we have been the go-to destination for UK K‑Beauty enthusiasts online and offline, with 8 K+ 5‑star Trustpilot reviews. As we continue to expand and open more offline stores, you'll play a key role in supporting the property team by overseeing the fit‑out and maintenance processes for our K‑Beauty stores and concessions across the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all procedures are followed and adhered to according to schedules and budgets, while promoting effective communication among internal and external parties.
- Assisting with the tendering process by gathering quotes, organising documentation, and preparing information for stakeholder review.
- Supporting the coordination of store fit‑outs from planning through to completion, including design, costing, construction, and store opening.
- Acting as a point of contact for external suppliers (e.g. designers, contractors, joinery partners), supporting communication and follow‑ups.
- Coordinating site visits and supporting travel arrangements where required during fit‑out periods.
- Helping track project timelines and flagging any potential delays or issues to senior team members.
- Maintaining and updating project trackers, including CapEx trackers, dashboards, and related documentation.
- Providing regular updates to the Head of Property and wider team on project progress.
- Supporting snagging processes by coordinating follow‑ups with relevant suppliers and ensuring issues are tracked and resolved.
- Assisting in post‑project reviews by gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintaining organised records of project documentation, including layouts, drawings, and specifications.
Finance & Maintenance Coordination:
- Assisting in monitoring project spend and highlighting any potential cost risks.
- Helping organise and track invoices and ensuring all payments are recorded accurately.
- Coordinating maintenance requests across stores, ensuring issues are logged, followed up, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Working closely with the retail and facilities teams to support ongoing store needs.
- Maintaining and updating internal databases relating to store requirements and orders.
- Assisting with general departmental cost tracking and administrative support.
- Supporting the preparation of project budgets and financial tracking (CapEx/PDS/ROI where required).
