PURESEOUL has opened its flagship store while continuing to grow across London and the UK. We are looking for a passionate, experienced Multi-Store Retail Manager to lead our flagship location and regularly support other London stores. You will be responsible for shaping the PURESEOUL in-store experience, building and leading high-performing teams, and ensuring excellence across multiple sites. This is more than a store manager role — it’s about creating a destination that embodies PURESEOUL’s values and sets the standard for K-Beauty retail in the UK.
As the Retail Store Manager of PURESEOUL’s flagship store, you’ll play a defining role in shaping our offline experience and setting the foundation for future retail growth. This is not just about running a store — it’s about creating a destination that embodies everything people love about PURESEOUL: expertise, authenticity, community, and passion for K-Beauty.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve the Customer: Deliver consistent, world-class customer experiences across all London stores by ensuring PURESEOUL’s service philosophy is fully implemented. Understand our customers deeply — from their skincare goals to their love of K-Beauty trends — and ensure our teams stay knowledgeable, approachable, and up to date.
- Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed store sales targets by monitoring key performance metrics (e.g., Conversion, Average Transaction Value, Units per Transaction, Sales per Labour Hour). Analyse business reports to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and drive growth in both the flagship and other London stores.
- Demonstrate Leadership: Act as a cultural role model and brand ambassador for PURESEOUL. Set clear expectations, motivate teams, and cultivate a winning, collaborative, and inspiring environment. Use training, coaching, and recognition to empower store teams and foster a culture of pride and performance.
- Develop People: Recruit, train, and retain passionate and knowledgeable staff. Build future leaders by providing regular coaching, constructive feedback, and recognition. Create strong succession pipelines in the flagship store while supporting talent development across all London locations.
- Manage the Business: Oversee store operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and safety. Manage rota scheduling, payroll reporting, and operational costs to optimise business performance. Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention standards across multiple stores.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HQ to share customer insights, market dynamics, and store feedback. Align with broader company initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution at store level.
- Multi-Site Oversight: While primarily based in the flagship, regularly visit and support other PURESEOUL London stores as needed. Provide on-site leadership, share best practices, and maintain consistency of service, culture, and performance standards across locations.
- Personal Growth & Development: Take responsibility for your own leadership journey, proactively seeking opportunities for growth and building your expertise as a multi-site retail leader.
We Are Looking For
- Retail Management Experience: Proven success in managing a flagship or high-volume store; multi-site management experience is highly desirable.
- Passion for K-Beauty: A genuine love for Korean skincare and beauty, with a willingness to stay ahead of trends and share product knowledge with both staff and customers.
- Leadership & Team Building: Strong ability to recruit, coach, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences that build customer loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Skilled in managing payroll, scheduling, loss prevention, compliance, and store presentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with HQ and other departments to align on company strategy, campaigns, and goals.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, able to balance priorities across multiple stores while maintaining high standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams and represent PURESEOUL to customers with authenticity and warmth.
