We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to help shape how we source, manage, and deliver across our award-winning print and marketing services group. This is a key role responsible for optimising purchasing and supply chain performance across our Pureprint site in Uckfield. You will work closely with our production, procurement, and supplier teams to ensure materials, schedules, and systems are working efficiently across the group.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and optimising the end-to-end supply chain for our print and marketing operations.
- Overseeing purchasing activity across Uckfield and Gosport sites.
- Working closely with our core suppliers to build strong, strategic relationships.
- Streamlining our wider partner and ad-hoc buying network to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed and operations run smoothly.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance performance, reduce waste, and drive sustainability.
- Reporting and analysing supply performance, identifying risks, and implementing solutions proactively.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement management.
- Background in manufacturing, print, or related industries preferred.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Confident working across multiple sites and managing diverse supplier relationships.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Someone who’s proactive, adaptable, and ready to make an impact from day one.
