We’re looking for a skilled and detail driven CAD Cutting Table Operative to join our Large Format Production team. You’ll operate automated cutting systems (Kongsberg) working from dielines and job tickets to produce high-quality POS and display components.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Large Format CAD Cutting Table Operative based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The operative will manage and operate large-format CAD cutting equipment, ensure projects meet quality and precision standards, and follow technical drawings and CAD specifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining equipment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflows
- Troubleshooting production issues as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate large-format CAD cutting tables
- Load materials and select correct tooling
- Follow job specs, dielines, and production documents
- Ensure accuracy, clean cuts, and consistent quality
- Perform basic maintenance and keep workstation tidy
- Support wider finishing tasks when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with CAD cutting tables or similar finishing equipment
