What you’ll be doing:
- Maintenance and repair of pumps, gearboxes, and process machinery
- Diagnosing faults and delivering effective solutions
- Supporting plant upgrades, shutdowns, and improvement projects
- Collaborating with multi-skilled teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Contributing to continuous improvement across site
What we’re looking for:
- Mechanical Apprenticeship and/or HNC in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Commitment to high standards of safety and workmanship
- Welding/fabrication skills (advantageous)
