We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join our client based in their legal office in Trowbridge. This is a front of house role where no two days are the same. You will be the first face clients see, the voice on the phone and the calm behind the desk.
You’ll need to be organised, approachable and comfortable using Microsoft Office. Experience in reception is essential.
Responsibilities- Visitor Management: Greeting, welcoming, and directing guests to the right person or department, managing sign-in logs.
- Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls; responding to emails and general inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, filing, photocopying, data entry, and managing office expenses.
