We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sales Manager for our client based in Swindon.

We are looking for someone with

  • An ambitious sales person who thrives on customer understanding to find the correct solution from our clients extensive range of products and services.
  • The ability to qualifying leads over phone or email by asking probing questions to discover the customer requirements.
  • Someone who embraces change, you will be driven, resilient and adaptable, and love turning problems and challenges into opportunities.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
  • Marketing experience for use within the sales role.
  • Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • A focused individual who focuses on details and has a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • Preferred experience as an Account Manager or Salesperson in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in technology.
  • Happy to travel within UK and attend expo’s as part of a team.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills and comfortable learning new software packages
  • A valid driver’s licence will be required for UK travel
