We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator – Export to join our client based in Swindon.
Main Duties
* Exceed core Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
* Leverage leading and lagging KPIs to optimise your productivity.
* Manage your customer records and price lists daily through the CRM.
* Supply formal quotations as needed promptly and accurately.
* Process customer orders, review contracts and PO acknowledgements
* Ensuring documentation complies with export policy, regulations & procedures
* Maximise margin potentials through market pricing and efficient quoting.
* Deliver pro-active and regular communication with customers.
* Research and recommend new products and solutions.
* Co-ordinate the delivery of value adding technical support to customers.
* Provide marketing ideas and support business media promotions.
* Support a positive working culture.
* Embrace and leverage the company’s continuous improvement culture.
Key Skills
* Ability to influence and inspire without direct line authority.
* Innovative, creative and comfortable challenging the status quo.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Confident and comfortable with numbers.
* Competent with IT systems, such as CRM and ERP.
Education & Experience
* Education in administrative, mathematical and/or business subject.
* Strong Microsoft Background (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
* 5 years+ in business development and key account management.
* Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with lean management tools (eg, Kaizen) is a plus.
* Interconnect product experience is a plus.
