Project Manager – Small Works Reactive Maintenance, & Refurbishment Upgrades
Oxfordshire, (Gloucestershire & Buckinghamshire)

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our client.
Duties will include:
- Attend Client Facing project requirement, scope of works meetings, provide engineered solutions
- Undertake detailed site surveys
- Create accurate project estimates, labour/resource breakdowns.
- Develop full project programs using tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel or equivalent
- Attend pre-start client meetings
- Lead project delivery teams and subcontractors on-site,
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within scope and on budget
- Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders and internal departments
- Provide progress updates and resolve project issues proactively
- Take ownership of project budgets & expenditure
- Ensure works are carried out in compliance with company standards
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in reactive maintenance small works, and refurbishments.
- Experience conducting site surveys
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to prepare detailed project estimates
- Experience creating project programs and managing end-to-end delivery
- Valid SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of construction practices and relevant health & safety legislation
- Full UK Driving Licence
