We are currently recruiting for a Production Engineer to join our client based in Hungerford. Regular duties in the role include:
- Working in a manufacturing environment, liaising with production staff, engineering staff and QC staff
- Developing workflow strategies to increase productivity, efficiency and profit margins
- Defining essential safety protocols
- Implementing best practice approaches into the production line
- Diagnosing issues and inefficiencies in manufacturing processes
