Office & Logistics Assistant Devizes, Wiltshire Full Time Temp - Perm Competitive Salary, depending on experience We are currently recruiting for an Office & Logistics Assistant to join well-established electronics repair, support and design client based in Devizes.
They are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and organised Office & Logistics Assistant to support both their Administration and Logistics teams.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across different tasks and being an important part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities Your duties will include
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries.
- Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service.
- General office administration, filing and document management.
- Raising purchase orders and assisting with supplier communications.
- Packing products safely for despatch to customers.
- Preparing shipping documentation and arranging courier collections.
- Receiving deliveries and helping to manage stock.
- Supporting the administration and logistics teams with day-to-day tasks.
- Assisting with other general office and warehouse duties as required. About You:
- Is organised, reliable and able to prioritise their workload.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
