We are currently recruiting for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our client based in Cirencester.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

- Manual Driving Licence required – less than 6 points.
Main Duties:
- Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through proactive follow-ups and networking.
- Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends.
- Demonstrate vehicles during test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Work closely with colleagues in the dealership, including finance, service, and others.
