Accounts Manager Exeter Full time – Permanent Hybrid working (2 days home / 3 days office) Salary is dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Manager to join our client based in their Exeter branch. What you’ll be doing: Assist the Senior Management team and Directors in delivery of statutory accounts preparation Full Accounts role including Charities and NFP Management and delivery of accounts assignments Oversight of workflow and management of team Taking lead role on audit assignments from planning to completion Review audit files ahead of Director review Building and sustaining key relationships with clients Ad-hoc project work About you: ACA / ACCA qualification with practice experience Experience as a manager or overseeing a small team Able to multitask and prioritise Work under pressure to tight and conflicting deadlines Experience managing accounts assignments including planning, preparation, completion and client delivery Commercial awareness Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting Excellent verbal and written communication Experience using IRIS…
