Our client is currently recruiting for a Skilled Production/Manufacturing Operative to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Swindon.
The Duties
- Machine Operation: Setting up, adjusting, and repairing industrial machinery to meet output targets.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished components, keeping accurate records, and adhering to strict specifications.
- Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely.
- Completing daily tasks and following production schedules.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and efficiency.
- Supporting improvement projects and general factory operations.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and hazard‑free.

- Previous experience within a similar role.
