WearecurrentlyrecruitingforaWorkshopControllertojoinourbusyclientbasedintheirSouthamptonbranch.

TheRole:

• Thisisaveryhandson,exciting,busyandchallengingrole.
• Workingwithintheteamyouwillassistthedailyoperationoftheworkshopanditsvariouscomponentsensuringcompliancewithcompanypoliciesandprocedures.
• Monitorandcontroluseofallworkshopresources(staff,spaceandequipment)toensuremaximumimpactonqualityofwork,efficiencyandprofitability.
• Assistwiththedevelopmentandimplementationofpoliciesandprocedurestoensureefficientandsafeoperationoftheworkshop.
• Tobeanactivememberoftheservicedepartmentteamcomprisingworkshopreception,foremanandstorestoencouragehighstaffmorale,timelycustomercare,workshopefficiencyandproductivity.
• Monitor,resolveandreportanyactionasappropriatetoanyhealthandsafetyissuesinaccordancewithcompanypolicy.
