The predicted salary is between 24750 - 30250 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welding Fabrication Engineer for our client.
Duties will include:
- Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, weld and fabricate metal components
- Perform MIG, MAG, TIG MMA welding techniques to join metal parts
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Assemble structural steelwork and fabricated metal parts using mechanical knowledge
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet project specifications
- Carrying out all works to a high standard whilst complying with all relevant health and safety standards
The Person:
To be considered for this role, you must be fully qualified and have proven, previous experience with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Welding Fabrication Engineer including:
- Proficient in MIG, MAG, TIG MMA welding techniques and processes
- The ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
